AiVIF - Một cá nhân trở thành cổ đông lớn VCP (HN:VCP) sau giao dịch thỏa thuận

Ông Lê Quốc Hương vừa trở thành cổ đông lớn của CTCP Xây dựng và Năng lượng VCP (UPCoM: VCP) sau khi mua thành công 1.05 triệu cp vào ngày 21/09/2022.

Sau giao dịch, ông Hương nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu từ 4.39% (gần 3.7 triệu cp) lên 5.64% (hơn 4.7 triệu cp).

Ngày 21/09, thị trường ghi nhận 1.05 triệu cp VCP được giao dịch thỏa thuận, đúng bằng số cổ phiếu ông Hương giao dịch với giá trị 24.36 tỷ đồng, tương đương 23,200 đồng/cp.

Trên sàn UPCoM, giá cổ phiếu VCP trong tình trạng lao dốc, giảm gần 20% so với đầu năm, hiện đang được giao dịch quanh mức 21,700 đồng/cp (kết phiên sáng 27/09), khối lượng giao dịch qua 1 năm khoảng 2,000 cp/ngày.
