Ngày 06/01/2023, Ngân hàng TMCP Xuất nhập khẩu Việt Nam (Eximbank, HOSE: HM:EIB) thông báo đã nhận được đơn từ nhiệm của thành viên BKS - ông Trịnh Bảo Quốc vì lý do cá nhân.

Ông Trịnh Bảo Quốc vừa được bầu làm Thành viên BKS (không chuyên trách) nhiệm kỳ VII (2020-2025) của Eximbank tại ĐHĐCĐ thường niên 2021 lần 2 ngày 15/02/2022.

Sau nhiều lần không thể tổ chức ĐHĐCĐ thì cuộc họp ngày 15/02/2022 đã thống nhất bầu ra được HĐQT và BKS nhiệm kỳ VII (2020-2025) cũng như vị trí Chủ tịch cho Eximbank.

Tuy nhiên, sau khi thoái sạch vốn tại Eximbank, 2 thành viên HĐQT có liên quan đến Thành Công Group cũng có đơn từ nhiệm với lý do cá nhân là bà Lê Hồng Anh và ông Đào Phong Trúc Đại - thành viên HĐQT vừa được bầu trong cuộc họp ngày 15/02/2022.

Cũng chính vì vậy, Eximbank dự kiến triệu tập ĐHĐCĐ bất thường để bầu nhân sự bổ sung vào ngày 16/01/2023.

EIB là một trong những cổ phiếu ngân hàng ghi nhận khối lượng giao dịch thỏa thuận khủng trong những tháng cuối năm 2022. Đến đầu năm 2023, cổ phiếu này tiếp tục ghi nhận lượng "sang tay" bình quân từ 2-6 triệu cp/ngày.

Chỉ trong tuần giao dịch đầu năm 2023, đã có hơn 16 triệu cp EIB được sang tay với tổng giá trị gần 433 tỷ đồng, tương đương giá bình quân 27,018 đồng/cp.

Đến đầu phiên sáng 09/01/2023, giá cổ phiếu EIB đang được giao dịch quanh mức 29,300 đồng/cp (9h42p), tăng hơn 4% so với đầu năm.
