Thị trường đang tăng giảm đan xen, nếu VNIndex tiếp giảm mạnh thì sẽ giảm xuống quanh vùng hỗ trợ 910-920 điểm - vùng hỗ trợ mạnh của thị trường. Kết phiên giao dịch ngày 23/11, VNindex tiếp tục giảm 6,12 điểm xuống 946,00 điểm, toàn sàn có 104 mã tăng giá, 335 mã giảm giá và 63 mã đứng giá. HNXindex giảm 3,66 điểm xuống 191,00 điểm, toàn sàn có 51 mã tăng giá, 123 mã giảm giá và 49 mã đứng giá. UPCOMindex giảm nhẹ 0,76 điểm xuống 67,65 điểm toàn sàn có 107 mã tăng giá, 152 mã giảm giá và 53 mã đứng giá.

Thanh khoản toàn thị trường đạt 8.914,7 tỷ đồng giảm gần 51,3% so với phiên 22/11, trong đó giá trị giao dịch trên sàn HOSE chiếm hơn 7.856,7 tỷ đồng.

Khối ngoại mua ròng trên toàn thị trường hơn 122,7 tỷ đồng trong đó mua ròng trên sàn HOSE với giá trị gần 58,9 tỷ đồng, mua ròng trên HNX với giá trị gần 58,46 tỷ đồng, mua ròng trên sàn UPCOM gần 5,3 tỷ đồng. 

Kết thúc phiên giao dịch, VNIndex đã đóng nến với thân nhỏ kèm theo khối lượng giao dịch sụt giảm dưới đường trung bình 20 ngày cho thấy rằng nhà đầu tư đang giằng co mạnh và dòng tiền đã trở nên thận trọng hơn. Kèm theo đó, VNIndex cũng đã đóng nến giảm dưới đường MA9, điều này cho thấy rằng trong ngắn hạn xu hướng sẽ tiêu cực.

Chỉ báo MACD vẫn chưa cho tín hiệu xu hướng rõ ràng, trong khi đó chỉ báo Stoch RSI đang cắt xuống cho tín hiệu giảm giá. Thị trường cần thêm thời gian giao dịch tích lũy tạo nền giá mới để hấp thụ lượng hàng giao dịch ngắn hạn và cân bằng cung cầu chính vì thế cần đợi phản ứng khi điều chỉnh về các vùng hỗ trợ.

Khuyến nghị đầu tư:

-  Nhà đầu tư có thể tận dụng những phiên thị trường điều chỉnh để giải ngân đợi sự hồi phục của thị trường để đạt được lợi nhuận kì vọng, hạn chế mua đuổi vì thị trường vẫn còn diễn biến rung lắc.

-  Nhà đầu tư đang thực hiện những giao dịch lướt sóng với mức kỳ vọng lợi nhuận vừa phải, và cũng nhanh chóng cắt lỗ nếu rơi vào nhịp giảm.

- Đối với nhà đầu tư theo chiến lược đầu tư nắm giữ dài hạn thì vùng giá cổ phiếu ở mức thấp lịch sử, các chỉ số cơ bản định giá cổ phiếu cho thấy nhiều cơ hội mua tích lũy.

- Quan tâm nhóm cổ phiếu ngân hàng, bảo hiểm, cổ phiếu năng lượng ...Các cổ phiếu có thể quan tâm: FPT (HM:FPT), BMP (HM:BMP), ACB (HM:ACB), CTG (HM:CTG), REE (HM:REE), NT2 (HM:NT2), TNG (HN:TNG), HPG (HM:HPG).
