CTCP Chứng khoán VIX (HOSE: VIX) thông báo giao dịch của một số cổ đông liên quan đến Chủ tịch HĐQT.

Cụ thể, ông Nguyễn Văn Tuấn (em ruột bà Nguyễn Thị Tuyết – Chủ tịch HĐQT VIX) đăng ký bán toàn bộ hơn 87.4 triệu cổ phần (tương đương 15.02% cổ cp VIX đang lưu hành).

Đồng thời, bà Dương Thị Hồng Hạnh (em dâu bà Nguyễn Thị Tuyết, vợ ông Tuấn) đăng ký bán hết  21.2 triệu cp VIX (3.64%).

CTCP FTG Việt Nam (Tổng Giám đốc Công ty này là chồng của bà Tuyết) cũng đăng ký bán toàn bộ hơn 26.8 triệu cổ phần VIX đang nắm giữ (4.61%).

Mục đích bán cp VIX của 3 nhà đầu tư trên đều nhằm cơ cấu danh mục đầu tư. Thời gian thực hiện từ ngày 30/11 – 29/12/2022 theo phương thức khớp kệnh hoặc thoả thuận.

Theo mệnh giá, số cổ phần ông Tuấn đăng ký bán trị giá 874 tỷ đồng, còn tính theo thị giá ngày 25/11 (7,370 đồng/cp) thì vào khoảng 644 tỷ đồng. Còn số cp của bà Hạnh tương đương 212 tỷ đồng theo mệnh giá, theo thị giá là 156 tỷ đồng. Số cp của FTG Việt Nam tương đương 268 tỷ đồng, theo thị giá là 198 tỷ đồng.

Tổng số lượng cp VIX 3 nhà đầu tư trên đăng ký bán là 135.4 triệu cp (23.27%), ứng với mệnh giá là 1,730 tỷ đồng, theo giá thị trường vào khoảng 1,275 tỷ đồng.

Được biết bà Nguyễn Thị Tuyết – Chủ tịch HĐQT VIX đang nắm giữ 21.4 triệu cp VIX.
