Khoản tiền bồi thường 1,3 tỷ đồng của công ty Hưng Thịnh và thu thanh lý tài sản cố định góp phần tăng trưởng lợi nhuận 2022 của NAV. CTCP Nam Việt (HM:ANV) -Navifico (HOSE: NAV) vừa công bố kết quả kinh doanh quý 4/2022 với doanh thu thuần đạt 40,5 tỷ đồng, tăng 15,4% so với cùng kỳ; lợi nhuận gộp tăng gấp 2,4 lần đạt 3,6 tỷ đồng.

Ngược lại, doanh thu hoạt động tài chính trong kỳ giảm gần 26% xuống 7,6 tỷ đồng. Kết quả, NAV báo lãi sau thuế giảm 15% xuống còn 8,6 tỷ đồng.

Lũy kế cả năm 2022, NAV ghi nhận doanh thu thuần 100,5 tỷ đồng, tăng 64% và lãi ròng tăng 27,7% lên 23,3 tỷ đồng.

Giải trình về sự chênh lệnh, NAV cho biết doanh thu bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ năm vừa qua tăng 39 tỷ đồng đã kéo theo lợi nhuận gộp tăng 5,04 tỷ đồng. Thu nhập khác tăng 2 tỷ đồng, chủ yếu do thu từ khoản tiền bồi thường 1,3 tỷ đồng của công ty Hưng Thịnh và thu thanh lý tài sản cố định góp phần tăng trưởng lợi nhuận. Ngoài ra, chi phí quản lý, chi phí bán hàng giảm cũng giúp tăng lợi nhuận.

Tính đến 31/12/2022, tổng tài sản NAV đạt 113,5 tỷ đồng, giảm 37% so với đầu năm. Tài sản ngắn hạn chiếm phần lớn với tỷ trọng 80%. Hàng tồn kho giảm 42% còn 6,7 tỷ đồng.

Tại thời điểm 10h34p phiên giao dịch hôm nay (12/1/2023), cổ phiếu NAV giảm sàn về mức 19.400 đồng/cp.
