Hai lô trái phiếu được Masan (HM:MSN) phát hành thông qua đại lý là Công ty Chứng khoán Kỹ Thương (TCBS). HĐQT CTCP Tập đoàn Masan (HOSE: MSN) vừa thông qua phương án phát hành hai lô trái phiếu MSNH2227001 và MSNH2227002 với tổng mệnh giá 1.500 tỷ đồng.

Cả hai lô trái phiếu đều có mệnh giá 100.000 đồng/trái phiếu, kỳ hạn 60 tháng (5 năm). Đây là các trái phiếu không chuyển đổi, không kèm chứng quyền, không có bảo đảm và xác lập nghĩa vụ trả nợ trực tiếp của tổ chức phát hành.

Lãi suất cố định trong năm đầu tiên là 9,5%; Các kỳ tính lãi còn lại (mỗi kỳ 6 tháng) sẽ theo lãi suất thả nổi theo lãi suất tham chiếu cộng 4%/năm.

Lãi trái phiếu sẽ được thanh toán vào ngày cuối cùng của mỗi kỳ tính lãi, ngày đáo hạn hoặc ngày trái phiếu được mua lại trước hạn.

Hai lô trái phiếu được phát hành thông qua đại lý là Công ty Chứng khoán Kỹ Thương (TCBS). Số lượng đăng ký đặt mua tối thiểu đối với tổ chức là 20 tỷ đồng theo mệnh giá trái phiếu và 8 tỷ đồng đối với cá nhân.

Thời gian nhận đăng ký đặt mua, nhận tiền đặt mua trái phiếu từ ngày 12/1 - 22/2. Số tiền thu được từ đợt phát hành sẽ được Masan dùng để bổ sung nguồn vốn cho doanh nghiệp.

Trước đó, hồi tháng 11/2022, HĐQT Masan cũng thông qua phương án phát hành trái phiếu riêng lẻ với tổng mệnh giá tối đa 1.700 tỷ đồng, dành cho các nhà đầu tư chứng khoán chuyên nghiệp.

Lô trái phiếu có tên MSNH2227007, mệnh giá 1 tỷ đồng đồng/trái phiếu, kỳ hạn 60 tháng (5 năm). Số tiền thu được từ đợt phát hành sẽ được công ty dùng để thanh toán cho toàn bộ hoặc một phần khoản nợ trái phiếu.
