Vietinbank (HM:CTG) đã hạ giá khoản nợ của Công ty Tân Âu Cơ xuống còn 25 tỷ đồng, bằng khoảng 1/5 tổng dư nợ. Ngân hàng TMCP Công Thương Việt Nam (Vietinbank – mã chứng khoán CTG) - Chi nhánh 10 Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh thông báo bán khoản nợ có tài sản bảo đảm để thu thu hồi nợ của Công ty TNHH Xây dựng - Sản xuất - Thương mại Xuất nhập khẩu Tân Âu Cơ. Đây là lần thứ 11 Vietinbank đưa các khoản nợ này ra bán.

Khoản nợ của XNK Tân Âu Cơ tại Vietinbank có tổng dư nợ tạm tính đến 5/12/2022 là hơn 123,5 tỷ đồng, trong đó dư nợ gốc hơn 29,57 tỷ đồng; dư nợ lãi cộng dồn gần 63,3 tỷ đồng và lãi phạt cộng dồn 30,6 tỷ đồng. Như vậy Khoản nợ đã có dư lãi cộng dồn và lãi phạt gấp 3 lần dư nợ gốc.

Tài sản đảm bảo cho khoản nợ này gồm 3 món:

- Quyền sở hữu nhà ở tại số 436B/6 (số cũ 20/E5) đường Ba Tháng Hai, Phường 12, Quận 10, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh – địa chỉ này trùng với địa chỉ đăng ký trụ sở chính của công ty XNK Tân Âu Cơ.

- Nhà ở và quyền sử dụng đất tại số 20B Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, phường Đa Kao, quận 1, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

- Quyền sở hữu nhà ở và quyền sử dụng đất ở tại thửa đất số 24, tờ bản đồ số 3, địa chỉ 343/5D Tô Hiến Thành, Phường 12, Quận 10, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Công ty TNHH Xây dựng - Sản xuất - Thương mại Xuất nhập khẩu Tân Âu Cơ thành lập tháng 1/1999 có địa chỉ tại số 20/E5 đường 3/2, Phường 12, Quận 10, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Công ty do bà Nguyễn Thị Hồng Tươi làm người đại diện và là Giám đốc. Tân Âu Cơ hoạt động trong lĩnh vực xây dựng.

Giá khởi điểm cho khối tài sản này là 25tỷ đồng. Như vậy xử lý khoản nợ này, Vietinbank không mong thu hồi đủ tiền gốc, giá khởi điểm thấp hơn dư nợ gốc khoảng 5 tỷ đồng.

Lần trước đó Vietinbank rao bán khoản nợ này với giá khởi điểm gần 28 tỷ đồng.
