Động thái rót tiền gom cổ phiếu DXG của Dragon Capital diễn ra trong bối cảnh lãi suất tăng, nhiều nhận định cho rằng ngành bất động sản sẽ bị ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất. Nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital thông báo đã mua 3 triệu cổ phiếu DXG của CTCP Tập đoàn Đất Xanh (HM:DXG) - Đất Xanh Group trong phiên giao dịch ngày 13/12.

Cụ thể, quỹ thành viên CTBC Vietnam Equity Fund mua 3 triệu đơn vị, Hanoi Investments Holdings Limited mua 500.000 đơn vị và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited bán 500.000 đơn vị.

Sau giao dịch, số lượng cổ phiếu DXG mà quỹ Dragon Capital nắm giữ tăng từ 107,45 triệu đơn vị lên 110,45 triệu đơn vị, tỷ lệ sở hữu tăng tương ứng từ 17,61% lên 18,10%.

Tạm tính theo giá kết phiên 13/12 là 14.250 đồng/cp, ước tính Dragon Capital phải chi gần 43 tỷ đồng cho thương vụ này.

Đáng chú ý, động thái rót tiền gom cổ phiếu DXG của nhóm quỹ ngoại này diễn ra trong bối cảnh lãi suất tăng, nhiều nhận định cho rằng ngành bất động sản sẽ bị ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất.

Dòng tiền tích cực của quỹ ngoại góp phần giúp DXG có đà tăng ấn tượng. Chốt phiên ngày 15/12, cổ phiếu DXG tăng kịch trần lên mức 15.100 đồng/cp với khối lượng khớp lệnh hơn 20,7 triệu cổ phiếu.

Như vậy, chỉ trong 3 phiên giao dịch gần nhất, cổ phiếu DXG đã có 2/3 phiên tăng hết biên độ.

Trước đó ngày 8/12, quỹ Dragon Capital cũng đã mua ròng 1,9 triệu cổ phiếu DXG. Từ đó, nâng số lượng cổ phiếu từ 102,95 triệu đơn vị lên 103,95 triệu đơn vị, tương ứng tỷ lệ sở hữu tăng từ 16,72% lên 17,04%.
