CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Điện miền Bắc 2 (Mã ND2 - UpCOM) công bố kết quả kinh doanh quý 4 và cả năm 2022 với ghi nhận đột biến.

Trong quý cuối năm, Điện miền Bắc 2 ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 82,4 tỷ đồng - giảm 30% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021. Tỷ lệ tăng giá vốn cao hơ cùng kỳ khiến lợi nhuận gộp của công ty giảm tới 40% YoY còn 45,5 tỷ.

Các chi phí hoạt động của công ty biến động không đáng kể so với cùng thời điểm năm ngoái (ngoại trừ chi phí tài chính giảm 2,7 tỷ YoY).

Khấu trừ các khoản thuế phí, ND2 báo lãi ròng 22,2 tỷ đồng - giảm hơn 50% so với mức 46,4 tỷ của quý 4/2021.

Lũy kế cả năm 2022, Điền miền Bắc 2 đạt 462 tỷ đồng doanh thu - tăng 62 tỷ YoY và là mức cao nhất trong lịch sử hoạt động; lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng 48% YoY lên 224 tỷ - đây cũng là mức đỉnh của công ty.

Được biết năm 2022, Điện miền Bắc 2 lên kế hoạch doanh thu 390 tỷ đồng và lãi sau thuế 150 tỷ. Như vậy kết năm, công ty vượt 18% kế hoạch doanh thu và thực hiện được 149% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận cả năm.

Tính đến ngày 31/12/2022, tổng tài sản của ND2 đạt 1690 tỷ đồng bao gồm 156 tỷ đồng tài sản ngăn hạn. Nợ phải trả giảm nhẹ về mức 916 tỷ trong đó 846 tỷ đến từ vay nợ tài chính.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu ND2 kết phiên sáng 12/1/2023 ở mức tham chiếu 30.400 đồng. Mã thường xuyên không xuất hiện giao dịch do 51,1% vốn góp đang nằm trong tay Vinaconex (Mã HM:VCG) và 35% số cổ phần được sở hữu bởi cổ đông ngoại Toyota Tsusho Corporation.
