Trước bối cảnh thị trường toàn cầu không thuận lợi, NovaGroup chủ trương tái cấu trúc toàn bộ Tập đoàn để đảm bảo ổn định hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh. CTCP NovaGroup vừa đăng ký bán 150 triệu cổ phiếu NVL của CTCP Tập đoàn đầu tư địa ốc No Va - Novaland (HM:NVL) theo phương thức thỏa thuận cho các nhà đầu tư và tổ chức có năng lực tài chính từ ngày 30/11 – 29/12/2022.

Nếu giao dịch hoàn tất, lượng nắm giữ của NovaGroup tại NVL sẽ giảm xuống còn 560,9 triệu cổ phiếu tương đương 28,768% vốn điều lệ.

Đóng cửa phiên 24/11, NVL giảm sàn phiên thứ 16 liên tiếp về mức 21.950 đồng/cp. Tạm chiếu theo thị giá này, ước tính NovaGroup sẽ thu về 3.292 tỷ đồng.

Mục đích thực hiện giao dịch là tập trung bổ sung các nguồn vốn để thực hiện các phương án xử lý trái phiếu, đưa hệ số tài chính của công ty về mức an toàn trong chiến lược tái cấu trúc toàn bộ tập đoàn.

Cụ thể về chiến lược tái cấu trúc toàn bộ tập đoàn, NovaGroup cho biết, thời gian qua, tình hình kinh tế vĩ mô thế giới và khu vực đang có những bất ổn gây ảnh hưởng tới hoạt động kinh doanh sản xuất của thị trường trong nước và quốc tế. Ngoài ra, những biến động không thuận lợi về môi trường đầu tư, kinh doanh và tiếp cận nguồn vốn đã tác động trực tiếp đến tình hình tài chính kinh doanh và hoạt động chung của nhiều doanh nghiệp nội địa.

Trước bối cảnh này, NovaGroup chủ trương tái cấu trúc toàn bộ Tập đoàn để đảm bảo ổn định hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp. NovaGroup đang cùng làm việc với các đơn vị tư vấn hàng đầu như EY Việt Nam, KPMG…để có đánh giá tổng thể tình hình và đưa ra giải pháp tái cấu trúc toàn diện.

Bước đầu tiên, Tập đoàn đã đàm phán thành công với nhà đầu tư và các tổ chức có năng lực tài chính lớn tham gia nhận chuyển nhượng một phần vốn tại Novaland. Thời gian thực hiện chuyển nhượng dự kiến từ cuối tháng 11 đến tháng 12/2022.

Bên cạnh đó, Novaland tiếp tục nỗ lực triển khai các hoạt động bán hàng, thu xếp nguồn vốn, cắt giảm các khoản đầu tư chưa thật sự cần thiết để tối ưu chi phí, tập trung nguồn lực tối đa hoàn thiện các dự án trọng điểm đang triển khai như Aqua City, NovaWorld Phan Thiet, NovaWorld Ho Tram và các dự án BĐS trung tâm TP.HCM, theo đó cam kết bàn giao nhà đúng tiến độ theo từng giai đoạn cho khách hàng.
