Cổ phiếu NLG (HM:NLG) ghi nhận chuỗi tăng mạnh 5 phiên liên tiếp từ ngày 16/11 (trong đó có 4 phiên tăng trần); thị giá tăng hơn 30% trong cùng thời điểm. CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long (Mã NLG - HOSE) vừa thông báo giao dịch của cổ đông lớn.

Theo đó, nhóm quỹ có liên quan Dragon Capital (gồm 6 quỹ thành viên) vừa bán ra 2,376 triệu cổ phiếu NLG trong ngày 22/11/2022 qua đó giảm lượng sở hữu từ 21,43 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 5,58% vốn) về còn 19,05 triệu cổ phiếu - tương ứng 4,96%.

Sau giao dịch, nhóm quỹ này không còn là cổ đông lớn tại Nam Long do tỷ lệ sở hữu đã giảm về dưới 5% vốn sở hữu.

Động thái bán giảm tỷ lệ của nhóm cổ đông lớn này diễn ra trong bối cảnh cổ phiếu NLG ghi nhận chuỗi tăng mạnh 5 phiên liên tiếp từ ngày 16/11 (trong đó có 4 phiên tăng trần). Tính đến hết phiên 22/11 tại mức 23.100 cổ, cổ phiếu Nam Long đã tăng tới hơn 30% giá trị.

Tính theo giá kết phiên ngày 22/11, nhóm quỹ này đã thu về gần 55 tỷ.

Kết phiên giao dịch ngày 24/11/2022, cổ phiếu NLG tăng mạnh trở lại 6,1% lên mức 23.500 đồng sau khi giảm 4,1% trong phiên trước đó.

Tuy nhiên, so với mức 63.400 đồng ghi nhận tại thời điểm đầu năm, cổ phiếu NLG hiện đã giảm tới 63% thị giá.

Ở một diễn biến khác, ngày 1/12/2022 tới, Nam Long sẽ thực hiện chốt danh sách tạm ứng cổ tức bằng tiền đợt 1 năm 2022 với tỷ lệ 4,98% (cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu được nhận về 498 đồng). Ngày thanh toán là 19/12/2022.

Với hơn 384 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành trên thị trường, ước tính công ty dự chi khoảng hơn 191 tỷ đồng cho đợt tạm ứng lần này.

Được biết năm 2022, ĐHCĐ Nam Long đã duyệt phương án kinh doanh với doanh thu 7.151 tỷ, lãi trước thuế 1.526 tỷ cùng mức cổ tức bằng tiền tỷ lệ 10%.
