Becamex IJC (HM:IJC) sẽ phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021 bằng cổ phiếu tỷ lệ 16%. Ngày 6/2/2023 tới đây CTCP Phát triển Hạ tầng Kỹ thuật (Becamex IJC – mã chứng khoán IJC) sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021.

Theo đó Becamex IJC sẽ phát hành 34,7 triệu cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021. Tỷ lệ phát hành 16%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu được nhận về 16 cổ phiếu mới. Giá trị phát hành theo mệnh giá 347 tỷ đồng.

Kết quả kinh doanh, doanh thu 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 của Becamex IJC đạt 1.755 tỷ đồng, giảm 25% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt gần 483 tỷ đồng, giảm 12,9% so với cùng kỳ và mới hoàn thành được khoảng hơn 70% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận được giao cho cả năm.

Tính đến 30/9/2022 Becamex IJC còn 940 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối. Ngoài ra công ty còn 460 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển, gần 11 tỷ đồng vốn khác thuộc chủ sở hữu và 211 tỷ đồng thặng dư vốn cổ phần.
