Được biết, toàn bộ số cổ phiếu trên đã được Chứng khoán MB phát hành ngày 10/10 nhằm tăng vốn điều lệ. Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX) vừa có thông báo về ngày giao dịch đầu tiên của cổ phiếu niêm yết bổ sung của CTCP Chứng khoán MB (Mã HN:MBS).

Theo đó, gần 113 triệu cổ phiếu MBS sẽ được niêm yết bổ sung trên sàn HNX trong đó 111,8 triệu cổ phiếu sẽ được giao dịch phiên đầu ngày 29/11/2022 và được tự do chuyển nhượng; gần 1,45 triệu cổ phiếu còn lại sẽ được giao dịch phiên đầu từ ngày 9/10/2023 và bị hạn chế chuyển nhượng 1 năm.

Được biết, toàn bộ số cổ phiếu nêu trên đã được Chứng khoán MB phát hành ngày 10/10 nhằm tăng vốn điều lệ lên ngưỡng 3.805 tỷ đồng (tương ứng hơn 380 triệu cổ phiếu) trong đó 58,3 triệu cổ phiếu chào bán cho cổ đông hiện hữu; 53,5 triệu cổ phiếu để trả cổ tức và 1,15 triệu cổ phiếu còn dư được mua lại.

Trên thị trường, sau gần 3 tháng liên tục lao dốc từ mức 20.x đồng về đáy gần 2 năm (mức 9.000 đồng ngày 15/11/2022), cổ phiếu MBS xuất hiện chuỗi 5 phiên tăng giá và kết phiên 22/11 tại mức 11.600 đồng - tăng gần 29%.

Tuy nhiên, nếu tính từ mức gần 40.000 đồng (giá sau điều chỉnh) hồi đầu năm, cổ phiếu này hiện đã giảm hơn 70% giá trị.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, trong bối cảnh thị trường chứng khoán lao dốc và thanh khoản hụt hơi, doanh thu của MBS liên tục giảm dần sau 3 quý đầu năm từ mức 658 tỷ đồng (quý 4/2021) về còn 430 tỷ trong quý 3 vừa qua.

Lợi nhuận sau thuế của công ty 2 quý gần nhất cũng không còn duy trì được mức tăng trưởng như các quý trước đó. Kết quý 3/2022, Chứng khoán MB báo lãi ròng ở mức 121 tỷ đồng - giảm 79 tỷ so với quý đầu năm và đi ngang so với quý trước đó.

Luỹ kế 9 tháng năm 2022, công ty ghi nhận doanh thu hoạt động đi ngang với 1.552 tỷ đồng; lợi nhuận sau thuế gần 442 tỷ đồng và mới chỉ thực hiện được 40% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận cả năm.

Về tình hình tài chính, tổng dư vay ngắn hạn đến hết quý 3/2022 của MBS là hơn 4.750 tỷ đồng - tăng 240 tỷ đồng so với đầu năm trong đó dư nợ lớn nhất ở UNION Bank Of Tawan Co.,Ltd (1.166 tỷ đồng); Ngân hàng TMCP Xăng dầu Petrolimex (HM:PLX) (450 tỷ đồng); Ngân hàng TMCP Bảo Việt (HN:BVS) (400 tỷ đồng),…

Ngoài ra, công ty cũng còn khoản dư vay nợ thuê tài chính dài hạn 581 tỷ đồng – là khoản vay trái phiếu.
